Austin #7 in New Home Sales

It's no secret that Austin, Texas's new home sales market has grown exponentially in the past couple of years and now the folks at Realtor.com have noticed ranking Austin, Texas #7 among cities that will dominate the new construction market. The median list price in Austin is 349,800 with 29,716 permits out. That's a 15.1% increase from last year.
